Terms & Conditions- GMA Private Consultation with Live Event Tickets
To receive a one hour consultation live event ticket as a member of the GMA Private Consultees, you must confirm that you are available either on the 20th or 21st of March 2020 in order to secure your session and submit any relevant information for our preparation. Once you have confirmed your availability please send your confirmation to samuel.ng@gaiamigration.com. If you have a confirmed session scheduled, all relevant information and document must be submitted at least 24hrs before the event, and in no case later than March 21st, 2020, in order to redeem your free consultation ticket. In the alternative, if you wish to forgo those conditions and guarantee your session, enabling you to select your 1 hour private consultation session right away, you may elect to purchase the ticket directly for the special GMA Private Coaching price of $495 HKD and have your session time reserved immediately. Please note, forfeited tickets have no monetary value and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credits and cannot be transferred to another event or person.
Any GMA Private Consultation group member that wishes to upgrade to a VIP status may also do so for the purchase price of $1295 HKD. This upgrade will enable the purchaser to select and reserve their session upon purchase and extend their session up to 2 hrs if necessary. Any GMA Private Consultation member that is not present at the live event hereby forfeits their live event ticket.
Any digital products that are purchased or accompany the GMA Private Consultation Live Event are nonrefundable and have no monetary value for a store credit in accordance with our refund policy. Please be sure to enable or opt into all communications from us, as you are responsible for receiving all updates and notifications sent via email. If you unsubscribe or do not read the communication, we cannot be held responsible for any missed deadlines or expired requests.
